Important Information about restrictions on our titles

YOU MAY:

  • Produce a set of parts and score for performance of this work for your own band.  That is one band only (see individual purchasers below)

  • When required produce duplicates as replacements, or duplicates of the score for adjudicators, provided that adjudicators copies are returned to the band.

YOU MAY NOT:

  • Do anything with the files that permits another band/organisation/individual to gain access to a "free" set of the music - either the files or the hardcopy generated from them.
  • Allow others the means to copy the files, or the artwork generated from the files. Either for free or for payment.

  • Distribute the files or the artwork generated to others either by direct print or any other duplication process either for free or for payment.

Individual purchasers (where no Band is nominated for registration) must ensure that only one band at a time has access to the material. For example: An individual purchaser (Conductor/player) moves band. The individual must ensure their previous band(s) do not have access to their registered copies.(files or hardcopy)

Remember each set is unique and illegal copies are traceable.

In essence, don't give another band the opportunity to have a free set/disk. If they like what they hear encourage them to purchase a legal set with their own serial number. Illegal copies can be traced back to their source by means of the serial number. Please don't get caught out, or let the few spoil it for everyone. Help us to continue by "playing fair".

You should ensure that the serial number, which appears on some or all of the parts and score, can be seen clearly.

Thank you.
